LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP – It’s that time of year once again. We are coming up on Memorial Day, when the island will transform from ghost town to booming with tourism. So don’t forget to keep it slow and safe as you drive down the boulevard in the coming weeks!
According to the Long Beach Township Police Department, the traffic signals will be up and running as of May 21. Speed limits will also be reduced on May 15.
Police urge residents and visitors to use caution and adhere to the changing traffic signals, “as everyone gets adapted to the seasonal traffic regulations,” police stated in a Facebook post.
