OCEAN COUNTY – Ocean Health Initiatives (OHI), a Federally Qualified Health Center, is hosting three community events from September 25 to 27 to recognize National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month.
During the events, OHI will provide nutritional information, healthy eating tips, and information about how to prevent childhood obesity. OHI’s Registered Dietician Robert Hildebrandt will be on hand to answer questions, and attendees will be served a healthy snack.
All events will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the following locations:
- Monday, September 25 at Lakewood Health Center, 101 Second Street
- Tuesday, September 26 at Brick Health Center, 1608 Route 88, Suite 207
- Wednesday, September 27 at Little Egg Harbor Health Center, 798 Route 539, Building 3
