Three Arrested For Drugs In Separate Traffic Stops

WARETOWN – Ocean Township Police have been busy getting drugs off the streets of Waretown lately, nabbing three men on drug charges since December began.

  On December 4, police arrested 32-year old Joseph Hover of Forked River following a motor vehicle stop investigation on Route 9 and Bay Parkway. Hover was charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe as a result of the investigation.

  On December 6, police arrested 20-year old Parker Pressley-Basile of Barnegat following a motor vehicle stop investigation on Wells Mills Road. Pressley-Basile was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of the investigation.

  And on December 7, police arrested 47-year old Bradley Gard of Little Egg Harbor following another motor vehicle stop investigation on Wells Mills Road. Gard was charged with DWI, possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of the investigation. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for DWI, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.

  All three men were processed by the Ocean Township Police Department and later released pending a scheduled court hearing.
